How do I add a listing?
If you hover your mouse over the “Directory” button, a drop down list will appear. Click “Add Listing”, then fill out information.
I found something about me on your site. Can you remove it?
Content that is inappropriate or profane will not be put on our site. If something profane or inappropriate is found, we will review it and remove if necessary. If you are simply displeased with the listing about you or someone that you know, that will need to be addressed with whomever created the listing.
What does my membership entail?
The Business Detective membership allows users unlimited access to our listings of customers and employees. It also allows users to add their own listings in order to help others.
Is there a limit to the number of listings I can add?
No, there is no limit to the number of listing you can add.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your PayPal account. Click on Settings. Under Payment Settings, find Pre-Approved Payments. After clicking on that, you can delete your account through there. There is also an “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the My Account page.
